We're in Kansas City right now, where she has a game, so she's been splitting her time between dancing, training and competing. I'm just trying not to be too distracting! I feel good with what we have, so the traveling and her maybe not being able to devote more time to dancing doesn't really worry me. She has the routine down. We really can't complain about anything. There's never a perfect partner as far as someone who's perfect and a perfect situation. There's always something - drama, injury, a difficult schedule or some type of problem. Having said that, I think we're in a good situation. We're not crazy. It's been quite calm and drama-free.I think Val is nervous. He doesn't know what to expect yet. He's very verbal about how amazing a job we do on the show, but from the outside, you never get to see the rehearsal stuff. You don't really know what we go through until you do it. He's participating and now he's finally realizing all the things that goes into putting in the show. I think he'll do great and I'm hoping he comes up with his own trick to taunt Tom. Butt-pinching is mine! I can assure Tom it's not over yet. How can there not be butt-pinching, right?Today is also a big day in our family. It's Sleep's birthday! He's two, so he's a big boy now.
