I want to buy a movie from Europe off Amazon, but I'm in America and I'm wondering if I'll be able to do that?

I've purchased off Amazon dozens of times, but always off Amazon USA,
never internationally so please pardon my ignorance. The price is in
Euros natrually and I don't know if I would be allowed to buy it.
